BSL and Celtic Languages
BSL shares some features with Welsh (and other Celtic languages like Irish) that it does not share with English. For example, they both:
Rarely use single-use words YES and NO, (instead, they answer questions with a range of words or signs like I-AGREE or I-DISAGREE or I-HAVE-ONE or I-DON’T-HAVE-ONE)
Do not need a plural marker with a noun if there is already a number (e.g. ONE APPLE and TWENTY APPLE)
