You will find information relating to the content that should be covered in this lesson in the content column of the framework, and in the next column along you will find linguistic information relating to the topic of work and transport, which will underpin your teaching.
The next column provides cultural information relating to the everyday life experiences that Deaf people have of travelling to and from work, which students will need to learn during this lesson. The final column completes the lesson plan by providing the learning outcomes that students will be expected to achieve in order to develop their knowledge in this area, and which you should have taught during lesson five. Do remember that this is only a guide, and if your curriculum is similar, you may compare and use as much or as little of this as you wish.
